Tour of Scotland |

We are back from our whirlwind tour of Scotland. We visited Dundee and from there we visited St Andrews and drove up to Castle Dunnottar, just south of Aberdeen.

| I have updated the website and there is a new feature, the albums now have a slideshow function. When you get to the album, there is a link on the top right -> "Slide Show". Click this and then when the next page comes up, click "Start Slide Show". |

We had some very sunny warm days the other weekend and decided to visit CadburyCastle. Sitting 11 miles south east of Glastonbury, CadburyCastle is an ancient hillfort with a history of iron age, Roman, Briton and Saxon inhabitation, it even hosted a mint at one point in medieval times. | We visited the Tarr Steps in Exmoor the other weekend. Pictures can be viewed HERE. Some sources say they are 600 to 900 years old and others say they are up to 3000 years old. |

Barcelona Herbalife Extravganza |

Here are our Barcelona photo's from the Herbalife Extravaganza . It was held in the most spectacular location. The Palau Sant Jordi, the olympic stadium on the hill/mountain, Mont Juric above the city of Barcelona.
It was a fantastic weekend spent intimately with 22,000 distributors from all over Europe. We received training from Michael O'Johnson CEO, Dr Heber, Head of the Medical Advisory Board and Dr Jamie. As you may gather from the photo's at times it was more like a party and I am not sure if the stadium sound system has ever had such a workout!
